sabas99 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and sabas99 ("Platform", "We" or "sabas99"). This Agreement governs all your interactions with the sabas99 platform, including visits to the website, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, use of games and all forms of engagement with our services.

By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the sabas99 platform, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the sabas99 platform.

2. User Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your place of residence.
• You have never been ordered by a court or any authority to be prohibited from gambling activities.
• The funds used for gambling are your own personal money and not borrowed or illegally obtained funds.
• You do not represent a business entity or organisation in any capacity.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on sabas99. Multiple registrations or holding more than one account at the same time is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. sabas99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identification card (MyKad), proof of address and payment method information. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

sabas99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum amount policy that has been set.

Minimum Amount: The minimum deposit is RM50 per payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Approved withdrawals will be processed within one (1) hour from the time the request is submitted. sabas99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is suspicious activity on the account.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be made using an account or payment method registered in the same user's name. sabas99 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including payment service providers or banks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sabas99 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific conditions set out alongside the relevant promotion.

Welcome Bonus: A 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,500 is available for new members. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

sabas99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or invalid wagering methods to meet wagering requirements, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the sabas99 platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and independently audited to ensure game fairness. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by sabas99 or any player.

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure or disconnection during a game session, sabas99 will make an assessment based on official server records. Results recorded by the sabas99 server system are final and override any display on the user's end.

• Players are fully responsible for understanding the rules of each game before they start playing.
• sabas99 is not responsible for losses arising from a misunderstanding of game rules.
• Any disputed game result must be reported within 48 hours via live chat or support email.

7. User Conduct

Users of the sabas99 platform are required to behave in a responsible, ethical and lawful manner at all times. Conduct that could harm the platform, other users or the integrity of the games is strictly prohibited.

• Use of offensive language, threats or harassment toward any party is prohibited.
• Use of software, bots, scripts or other automated methods to play or access the platform is prohibited.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack, damage or interfere with sabas99's technical infrastructure is prohibited.
• Carrying out any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is prohibited.
• Lending or selling an account to another party under any circumstances is prohibited.

8. Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, including your username and password. sabas99 recommends that you use a strong and unique password, avoid reusing it for other accounts and change it regularly.

Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or your password has been compromised, you must contact the sabas99 support team immediately via live chat.

sabas99 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in keeping your login credentials secure.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

sabas99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time with or without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Circumstances that may trigger such action include:

• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion that the account is being used by an individual under the age of 21.
• Provision of inaccurate or misleading information during registration.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or attempts to defraud the platform.
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Instructions from a relevant authority or court order.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, sabas99 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any balance or winnings associated with activities that violate these terms.
